Deli & Lunch Orders
For daily deli and lunch orders, if you receive an item that is incorrect or does not meet your quality expectations, please notify us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery.
Catering Cancellations
Large catering orders involve significant preparation and fresh ingredient sourcing. Our cancellation policies are as follows:
48+ Hours Notice
Full refund of any deposit paid for the event.
24–48 Hours Notice
50% of the deposit is retained to cover ingredient costs.
Less than 24 Hours
The full deposit is non-refundable as the order has already been prepared.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for credit card transactions typically take 3–5 business daysto appear on your statement. Cash refunds are issued immediately upon return of the product. For corporate accounts, credits will be applied to your next billing cycle.
